Direct Sales

Direct Sales is a complete workspace for managing your customer pipeline, team, and earnings in a direct-sales business. Whether you're building your downline, tracking conversions, or managing commission and referral rewards, everything is organized in one place.

What it is

Direct Sales connects your customer records, team structure, payment history, and compensation data so you can see the full picture of your sales performance. Your data stays secure in your WorkMate workspace — you access it with your WorkMate login, and all permissions respect your role in the business.

Key areas

Overview — Your performance dashboard at a glance. See your total customers, how many have converted to active customers, settled earnings, and your current team size or asset permissions depending on your role. The customer pipeline shows you where prospects are in the sales journey (new, contacted, sampled, customer), and recent workflow records give you a quick summary of activity.

CRM — Manage your customer contacts and notes. Track each prospect through the pipeline, add notes to conversations and follow-ups, and keep all contact information in one searchable place.

Social — Plan and compose social media posts in a calendar view. Schedule when you'll post, draft content, and organize your social strategy.

Downline — See your team structure if you're a Team Leader. View your direct reports, track promotion eligibility based on team size thresholds, and onboard new team members. Each person in your downline appears with their own customer count and direct reports.

Commissions — View your commission structure and earnings. See your company's plan, track commission entries, and check the rates for each product you sell. Bonus amounts show extra rewards you can earn at different thresholds.

Referrals — Manage referral links and track attribution and rewards. Each campaign has a unique code; the app counts sign-ups through your link and what reward milestones you've unlocked.

Booking — Offer services to your customers. Set up available time slots and let customers book appointments or services directly through your workspace.

Payments — See your payment history and total settled earnings. Track which payments have been confirmed and processed.

Training — Access training courses and modules. Track which trainings you've completed and see your progress.

Team Messages — Keep your team connected. Message with your upline, downline, or peers about business questions and coordination.

Automations — Set up email triggers and messaging channels so you can reach customers and team members automatically.

Upgrades — See available plan levels and features you can add to your account.

Settings — Configure your business details, add products you sell, set up your commission structure, and connect integrations.

Common tasks

Check your performance — Open Overview to see your customer count, conversion rate, and settled earnings in one view.

Move a prospect forward — Open CRM, find the contact, add notes about your conversation, and update their stage in the pipeline through the four stages: new, contacted, sampled, or customer.

Schedule social posts — Go to Social, pick a date on the calendar, and compose your post with text and media.

Build your referral rewards — In Referrals, see how many people have joined through your link and how close you are to the next reward milestone.

Set up team onboarding — As a Team Leader, use Downline to see who's new and eligible for promotion, then coordinate via Team Messages.

Track payment and commission entries — Review Payments for settled amounts, and Commissions for the full breakdown of your earnings, rates, and bonuses.

Tips

  • Use CRM notes heavily. A quick note after each conversation keeps your follow-ups organized and helps you remember context when you reconnect.
  • Check referral progress weekly. Your referral campaigns build gradually; tracking them keeps you motivated toward the next milestone.
  • Keep Settings current. If you change products or business details, update Settings so your team sees accurate information.
  • Review your pipeline regularly. Moving prospects forward is the core of your sales work — the Overview dashboard makes progress visible.
  • Ask your Team Leader for access. If you can't see data you expect, your Team Leader can review your role permissions in WorkMate settings.
