Ideas
Ideas is your idea inbox. Your WorkMates generate suggestions based on your business, and you review, refine, and decide what to act on. Every idea can be dismissed, saved, shaped into something better, or turned directly into a mission for your team to execute.
What it is
As your WorkMates work with you, they notice opportunities. A social media trend your audience cares about. A blog topic that could boost your SEO. A process your team keeps repeating that could be automated. These observations become Ideas—and you get to decide what happens to them.
Ideas keeps all these suggestions in one place, organized by status. Suggested ideas come from your agents and need your review. Saved ideas are ones you like but aren't ready to act on yet. When you're ready, you can refine an idea with your WorkMate or send it directly to a team mission.
How it works
Suggested Ideas arrive from your WorkMates as they work alongside you. Each suggestion shows what the idea is about, which WorkMate thought of it, and a short description. You can expand the idea to see more detail right away.
Expand or refine an idea by opening a chat with your WorkMate. They'll help you think through it, add details, change direction, or suggest related ideas you might want together. This is where a rough thought becomes a real plan.
Save or dismiss as you review. If an idea isn't for you right now, dismiss it and it moves out of your way. Saved ideas move to your Later tab—maybe you'll act on them next month, or maybe next quarter.
Turn it into a mission when you're ready. Move the idea forward to your task queue or hand it directly to a WorkMate to execute. Your team gets all the context from your conversation, so they know exactly what you're looking for.
Common tasks
Review a new idea
Ideas arrive in your Inbox tab. Click the idea to read the full detail, see why your WorkMate suggested it, and expand it if you want more information.
Save an idea for later
Click "Put for later" to move an idea to your Later tab. Saved ideas sit there until you're ready to act, giving you a personal backlog of possibilities.
Refine an idea with your WorkMate
Open an idea and choose "Create a social draft" or "Ask a WorkMate to shape it" to have a conversation. They'll help you develop the idea, answer questions, or take it in a new direction.
Convert an idea into a mission
When an idea is ready to execute, click "Move forward." It becomes a formal task or mission your team can act on, with all the discussion history included.
Dismiss an idea
Not interested? Click "Not useful" and it's dismissed from view.
Tips
Don't dismiss too fast. Even if your first reaction is "not now," expand the idea first to see the reasoning.
Save ideas seasonally. If you get a holiday marketing idea in February, save it for October when you need it.
Use idea chat to collaborate. The conversation you have while shaping an idea becomes the brief your team uses. More detail = better results.
Look for idea clusters. Similar ideas from multiple WorkMates signal a real opportunity in your business.
