WorkMate OS

Help Center

Guides and answers for every WorkMate OS module and report.

Settings, Billing & Support

WorkMate OS gives you control over your workspace, automation rules, billing, and direct access to our support team. Here's how to manage each area.

Settings

The Settings area is where you configure your workspace profile, brand identity, and notification preferences.

Update Your Business Profile

In Settings > Identity and workspace, you can set:

  • Company name and logo — Used across WorkMate and in agent-generated content
  • Your profile info — Name, email, and avatar
  • WorkMate nickname — A custom name for your workspace's chief of staff agent

These details help WorkMates stay on-brand and personalized to your business.

Manage Notifications

Control when you receive alerts by toggling notification channels and categories:

  • Notification channels: Email, Push, and In-app notifications
  • Category filters: Tasks (assignments and completions), Approvals (items awaiting your decision), Mentions (when someone tags you), and System (updates, maintenance, alerts)

Security & Brain Protection

Your Business Brain (the knowledge center WorkMates learn from) can be password-protected:

  1. Go to Settings > Security and Brain lock
  2. Set a password to limit who can view or edit your Business Brain
  3. If you forget your password, use Request Brain Reset to receive a recovery link via email

Workspace Assets

Store and manage workspace assets in Settings > Workspace assets. Upload images, logos, and files here for use across your workspace.

Automation & Approvals

The Automation & Approvals screen lets you decide which actions WorkMates can take automatically and which need your approval first.

Daily Prompts & Proactive Drafts

Toggle these on to have WorkMates:

  • Daily questions — Ask about your business to improve their understanding
  • Daily ideas — Suggest content, process improvements, or new opportunities
  • Proactive social posts — Prepare draft posts for review before you ask

These only work if enabled; if turned off, WorkMates still learn from your feedback but won't volunteer suggestions.

Approval Rules by Module

Set auto-approve or approval-required for:

  • Social: Publish posts, send DMs
  • Email: Draft routine replies, send replies, draft follow-ups, send follow-ups, send receipts
  • SEO: Publish pages, submit sitemap updates
  • Studio: Publish videos
  • Legal: File documents
  • Finance: Send invoices, connect bank accounts

By default, risky or public actions (like publishing, sending, or filing) require your approval. Safe actions (like drafting) are set to auto-approve.

Emergency Pause All

If you need to stop all automation immediately (for vacation, a crisis, or testing), tap Emergency Pause All. Every action will wait for your approval until you re-enable individual rules.

Audit Log

Review the Recent Activity log to see what automation actions WorkMates took in the last 24 hours. Each entry shows the time, module, rule, and whether it was approved or paused.

Billing

Your Billing screen shows your current plan, usage, and payment details.

Current Plan

View which WorkMates and features are included in your plan. Examples:

  • Base WorkMate AI includes Innie (email), Social Sal (social), Copy Carl (content), and studio drafting
  • Add-ons like Finance, SEO Pro, or Design add specialist WorkMates and tools

Usage This Month

Check your fair-use balance. Usage stays healthy when you're within your plan boundaries.

Add-on Subscriptions

If you've purchased optional modules or helpers, they appear here. To see which are ready to use, open My Modules and check their release status.

Invoices & Payment

Once you connect a payment method, invoices will appear in this section with dates, amounts, and payment status.

Custom Helper Requests

If you've requested a custom WorkMate through Quinn Builder, track the number of helper slots you've used and your upgrade options here.

Support

The Support screen is your direct line to our team.

View Your Support Tickets

All tickets you've raised appear in a list showing:

  • Subject — What you reported
  • Status — New, In review, or Resolved
  • Date — When you created it
  • Priority — Low, Medium, or High

Raise a Support Ticket

To get help from the WorkMate support team:

  1. Click New ticket or Report a bug to open the support form
  2. Enter:
    • Subject — A short summary (e.g., "Email integration not connecting")
    • Description — Details about the problem or question
    • Priority — Low, Medium, or High
    • Type — Support question or Bug report
  3. Submit

Your ticket enters the queue as New, moves to In review when the team checks it, and becomes Resolved when a fix, workaround, or answer is delivered.
