WorkMate Reach: Website, Newsletter, Social, and SEO

WorkMate Reach is your unified command center for growing your business online. It brings together four connected products—Newsletter, Website, Social, and SEO—so you can plan, create, and manage content that reaches your customers across every channel.

What It Is

WorkMate Reach isn't one tool; it's a bridge connecting four specialized modules that work together seamlessly. Whether you're sending an email newsletter, building web pages, posting to social media, or optimizing for search engines, Reach gives you one place to access all of them. SEO remains independent with its own dedicated workspace, but the four areas share your brand, audience insights, and content library so nothing gets siloed.

The Four Areas

Newsletter

Build beautiful, brand-aligned email newsletters with a visual builder. Use drag-and-drop sections, customize layouts, and preview how your message looks in every inbox. Send campaigns that keep your audience engaged and drive traffic back to your website and social channels.

Website

Create and update web pages without code. Use templates as a starting point, edit sections directly, and preview changes in real time. Add your brand colors, fonts, and copy—then publish or review the update plan before your site goes live. Website works with your social and SEO work to create cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Social

Plan and manage social media posts across channels. Draft content, set approval workflows, and schedule posts. See your content calendar at a glance and coordinate social campaigns with your website launches and newsletter sends for maximum reach.

SEO

Optimize your site for search engine visibility. The independent SEO module includes keyword research, on-page audits, blog drafting, local business profile management (Google Business Profile), backlink prospecting, and detailed reports. Common Tasks

Plan a content campaign Open WorkMate Reach and start with your SEO module to identify target keywords and topics. Then move to Newsletter to draft an email campaign, Website to create or update relevant pages, and Social to plan accompanying posts.

Update your website and announce it Edit pages in Website, request approval, then announce the launch in a Newsletter email and post updates to Social. Your brand and messaging stay consistent across all channels.

Build a blog with built-in promotion Use SEO to outline and draft blog posts, publish through Website, then promote in a Newsletter email and Social posts. Let your agent suggestions feed new content ideas into your content calendar.

Manage a local business Use SEO's local business tools to keep your Google Business Profile fresh, monitor reviews, and run local SEO campaigns. Back up local efforts with website updates, social posts, and email outreach to your customer list.

Review and approve before publishing Set approval workflows for each channel. Newsletter, Website, and Social all support review steps so you can catch errors and align messaging before anything goes live.

Tips

  • Start with your brand. Make sure your Business Brain is up to date—logo, brand colors, voice, and value proposition. Reach uses this information across all four areas so everything looks and sounds like you.

  • Use the content library. Save images, videos, and documents to your Assets so your team can reuse them in Newsletter, Website, Social, and SEO campaigns. One source of truth beats duplicate work.

  • Coordinate timing. Plan your Newsletter send dates, website launch dates, and Social post schedule together. A coordinated push across all channels gets more attention than scattered posts.

  • Let SEO lead. Use keyword research and topic ideas from your SEO module to guide Newsletter subject lines, website page topics, and Social content pillars. What people search for is what they want to read and share.

  • Monitor performance. Check which Newsletter emails, web pages, and Social posts perform best. Use those insights to refine your topics, copy, and posting schedule for better engagement and growth.
